In other words, there is NO point in contacting multiple real estate agents, because they will generally be searching within the same Database in the same network.
You should therefore think carefully about who to contact (first), because they will become your agent within the network.
If you choose an agent who does not defend your interests, then that would be unfortunate for you, because that agent would be able to claim a commission if you purchase one of the properties that he or she has proposed, even if you were ultimately helped by a different real estate agent for the actual purchase transaction.
